FASHION ILLUSTRATION / SKETCHING
This module teaches students how to draw sketches of fashionable image, and the form of clothing, fabric texture, the volume of settled and the impression with his own drawing style. (Practice: fashion sketching and collection office)
DESIGN RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT 2
Based on current events, fashion trends and research in various media, students will engineer the design of a particular prototype into a series of fashion. Students will be guided to find a personal style in design.
TECHNICAL DRAWING
This module teaches making technical drawings of the form a more complex fashion (picture looks forward, back, drawing spec), using a computer.
FLAT PATTERN MAKING 2
Students will analyze the model a more complex fashion and make appropriate burst pattern fashion design. (Practice: kebaya, bustier, evening gown).
SEWING TECHNIQUES 2
Students learn techniques to handle the material lace, velvet, chiffon, silk and application of haute-couture techniques in evening wear and kebaya.Students carry out fittings on the dummy and live-model.
TEXTILE KNOWLEDGE 2
Knowledge of techniques completion / finishing on textiles and textile surface of the motive. Students will also learn about the relationship with the trend of textile fashion trend.
TEXTILE SURFACE DESIGN
The purpose of this module is to enable students to use computers to create textile designs (with "repeat") to dress in accordance with the functions and target market.
DRAPING TECHNIQUES 1
Students learn to understand the function and location of measuring lines (Bodyline) on the dummy. Students will practice making basic patterns (upper body and skirt) and the arm to dummy.
CONTEMPORARY HISTORY OF FASHION
The knowledge of the history of the twentieth century that affect the development of fashion, both in haute-coutire or in ready-made clothing. Understanding of the influence of movies, music, arts, entertainment and mass media on fashion trends. (Practice: the creation of fashion design with inspiration from a particular decade).
INTRODUCTION TO FASHION BUSINESS 2
Knowledge of production processes in garment industry, the codes based on production and marketing season.
COMPUTER FOR PATTERN MAKING / CAD
Knowledge about the use of CAD software for pattern making and pattern-making insight.
FASHION COLLECTION & PORTFOLIO 1
This module aims to develop creativity and vision of future designers. Students will create a design for a small collection: a source of inspiration, concepts, mood-board, plan materials and colors, 12 fashion pictures.(Practices: develop and present the portfolio with inspirational film).
DRAPING TECHNIQUES 2
Control of the manufacture of various patterns (toile) from the image design or fashion photos, and techniques to adjust the size toile determined.(Practices: use the toile as a flat pattern in the material).
HISTORY OF COSTUME 2
Knowledge of the historical period from the Middle Ages until the 20th century, as well as elements that influence fashion change. Students will learn about the characteristics of clothing and accessories suitable period. (Practice: the creation of fashion design with inspiration from a certain period).
FASHION COLLECTION & PORTFOLIO 2
This module gives students the opportunity to develop creativity and innovation, terkonsep in control theory and design praktrek fashion.Preceded by research, students create a design for large collections: a source of inspiration, concepts, mood-board, consumer profiles, plan materials and colors, 30 fashion pictures and technical drawings. (Practices: develop and present a portfolio with annual themes of inspiration).
PROJECT WORKSHOP 2 (FINAL MINI-COLLECTION)
Students will create three fashion from the Fashion Design Collection & Portfolio 2. Students make a pattern / toile, sew, do fittings on models and finish. And equip it with accessories.
ENGLISH FOR FASHION 2
Mastery in making the concept of collection / delivery, works, and presented in English.
FASHION SHOW MANAGEMENT
Students learn about the technical implementation, exhibitions, presentations and fashion shows. (Determination of themes, concepts and event-organizer for fashion events).
PATTERN GRADING FOR GARMENT INDUSTRY
Knowledge of standard sizes commonly used in the garment industry, and the application in the manufacture of the garment industry pattern.
INTRODUCTION TO ENTERPRENEURSHIP
Knowledge of entrepreneurship in the field of fashion (production management from planning to marketing). |
